Personal Support Worker (PSW) Training Course
DIPLOMA PROGRAM (Part Time)
This hands-on training program provides students with the current concepts, principles and practices used in Personal Support Work in Canada. Students acquire the necessary skills to respond to emotional and physical needs of residents and clients who are under their care. As a result, successful graduates find employment in: Community Health Care Agencies, Long-Term Health Care Homes, Retirement Homes, Hospitals, Schools, Adult Day Programs, Private Duty, Hospices and Group Homes.
DURATION & INVESTMENT
- 40 week program - instructor-led (including 22 weeks of Clinical Placement)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (Morning, Afternoon or Evening Classes)

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12 Diploma (or equivalent ) or
- Mature Student Status
- Medical Form Completed by a Doctor
